A retention direct mailing in line with the brand’s voice

This retention direct mailing is a pitch we won. It was sent to Groupama’s customers who already had life insurance or car insurance. Groupama wanted to sell them health insurance.
We designed a direct mailing campaign in line with the brand’s voice, supported by “Cerise,” a female character created by their advertising agency. She is absolutely charming and always gets into trouble, but thanks to Groupama, she always finds the best way out of it.

A humorous storytelling

For this direct mailing, we used the same concept. The idea was to follow Cerise through her agenda and her bad luck/good luck. Everyday, something happens to her. On Monday, she breaks her glasses and thinks about canceling her getaway with her boyfriend. On Tuesday, thanks to Groupama, she can buy a new ones without advancing money. On Wednesday, she finally can confirm her trip to Ibiza. So forth and so on. Friday, she gets on the plane with her partner! In the meantime, we have outlined some of the benefits, banking solutions, and referrals.
